Japanese Fashion
Some foreigners think Japanese wear Kimono as regular attire . This idea probably comes from Japanese stereotype of Samurai and Geisha. It is true that Japanese wear Kimono, but typically only on special occasions such as attending a wedding ceremony or celebrating graduation or coming of age. Japan came into western fashion during the 20th century and began to adopt own street fashion such as Shibuya and Harajuku style by the end of century. Now days many Japanese people enjoy their own fashion by adopting both traditional and trendy outfits in different occasions.
